Alarm112 3.4.3

The Alarm112 application is designed to serve all users, including individuals with disabilities. Its primary objective is to facilitate the transmission of emergency reports to the Emergency Notification Center (CPR) without the need for voice communication, thereby making it accessible and user-friendly for persons with impairments. Through the application, users can submit emergency alerts from anywhere within Poland, indicating the occurrence of a threat.

Creating an emergency report involves selecting an appropriate icon that corresponds to the category of the incident. Once submitted, the report is forwarded to CPR and subsequently handled by an emergency dispatcher following the same procedures as standard telephone-based 112 calls. The incident details, based on the information provided by the user, are then relayed to the relevant response services, including Police, Fire Brigade, and Medical Emergency units.

An essential aspect of an accurate report is specifying the incident location. This can be achieved through multiple methods: selecting from predefined locations, manually entering a specific address, or utilizing GPS functionality. Additionally, users have the option of establishing two-way communication with an emergency operator via SMS or by making a voice call to 112.

The application is intended for use within Poland. To access the reporting functionalities, users must accept the terms of service and privacy policy, followed by completing registration with the following information: name and surname, email address, and phone number.

Please note that the Teleinformatics System of Emergency Notification Centers does not support multimedia messages (MMS).
